There are no direct flights or trains or buses between Pahalgam to Katra. Take a taxi from Pahalgam to Srinagar first, then there is a train from Srinagar to Bahl. Again you need to take a taxi from Bahl to Katra. This is the cheapest option to travel there.
You can take State Transport Bus to reach from Jammu to Pahalgam. It will take around 7h to drop you there. You can go by Air from Jammu to Srinagar, then take a taxi from Srinagar to Pahalgam. It will take around 3 hrs.
